In-Studio Fitness Classes in Upper Marlboro, MD

      Join us on Tuesday and Thursday at 7:00pm for a one-hour Cardio-Kickboxing class. Please see calendar for class schedule.

      In order to sign-up for fitness classes please complete the contact form. You will then be invited to a free orientation/information. A trainer will contact you to schedule your free session orientation.

      We can also provide mobile fitness classes at your location of choice.
